My TT is a 91 model car, and it has a full size spare, it looks like those holden/ford 16' pursuit rims.

are they the same?

thanks for that. in fact i tried myself, the current BA 16 will not fit either, different off set.

BA's have a +35mm offset, they will fit.

Unless for some reason they cant clear TT brakes?

yes propper spare is a 16" persuit looking rim. different from ford/holden but

BA normal "steel" rim will not clean the front TT brake. i have done that
