Guys, I discovered this by accident. But while we had water restrictions in Sydney, I did try some of that Polyglaze waterless wash on my other cars. I found that after spraying it onto bird poo, it would lift the bird poo off the paint surface easily, without having to scrub.
Now that water restrictions have been lifted and we can use a hose to wash, if I find bird poo on the paint surface, I'll go around with the waterless wash soaking the bird poos. I'll let it sit for a couple of minutes while I unreel the hose and just simply hose off the offending articles while I rinse the car down prior to sudsing up.
