Can anyone tell me what the lip under the front bumper is made of ? I think it may be plastic. Is it possible to have it repaired as mine has split from hitting footpaths.....sigh!!!!
Anyone know if they can be fixed who would do it in Melbourne.

It's plastic and should be able to be fixed by a plastic welder. Try Googling it, have a look at yellowpages.com or take it to a panel shop and have them do it.

Worst case, get your mechanic to just remove it - it doesn't look bad...

They are plastic & they are really tough! Must have been some tough footpaths! My lip survived at 40km/h front impact with just a few scratches.
