Pen, I can supply the mechanism only or the complete actuator. If your actuator electrically locks/unlocks OK, then the easiest way to go is the complete unit. I have attached photos of both.

I installed one of Daryl's modified actuators last weekend...sh*t of a job getting the old one out past the window rail, but totally worth the effort. Worked flawlessly.

Thank you Daryl for sending me two sets of modified door actuators. My friend exchanged it successfully last week, and today he helped me to do it. With your precise instruction documents, I safely installed the modified actuator! I'm anxious to know my wife's reaction when she pulls out the lever. I'll send back the two old actuators as soon as possible. I have compared the two and found what you have done to move the door lock at the same time when pulled the door lever. You are quite a genius. Thanks again for your magnificent technique.

So, I just got one of these left had door lock actuators installed. I picked it up from Daryl himself. Pleasure to deal with. I even got to see some of the hinges and he showed me what a broken one looks like. I'll be getting some hinges as well.
I finally got the lock actuator installed by my mechanic. The mechanic commented on the quality of workmanship on the unit.
