Looks to me like a modified Vertex front bar with the mouth opened up. Origin doesn't have the holes for the late model fog lights.

Rest of the kit looks like standard Vertex with some flared rear guards.

Yes ive seen that silver soarer before. But this car has a widebody rear and a fender/cover over the headlights.
