Am I the only clown that has had nothing but problems with the group buy headlights? Before I go any further this is not a rant against Rob who organised them with great efficiency. It is just about the poor quality and performance of them. From day one my R/H side one fogged up, so that meant I had to open it up, something that I don't enjoy and one of the reasons I decided to buy new headlights instead of opening and cleaning my old ones for the 3rd time. I could never get low beam low enough and high beam high enough from the day the new ones went in. So out come the headlights to be opened and also converted to R/H drive and off comes the bumper again to make sure the high beam adjusters are working. Do all the crap that you have too in opening, cleaning and resealing as well as making sure the adjusters are still on their threads. Manage to break a halo during cleaning so that pissed me off too. Put the whole thing back together and still can't get enough adjustment to get the lights right`. Have to pull the airbox out to get the adjuster for the R/H headlight and it has run out of thread and still too high. Low beams are shining down on the road and might as well not be there at all, and now I can see that the R/H headlight has opened up around the seal after it has been bolted back in. Obviously not a straight housing from new. At this stage it is 8.55pm and I have left the car in pieces and tomorrow I will be starting to resurrect my old headlights with a some plastic polish and a lot of elbow work, and then junk the new headlights. What an extreme waste of time, effort and money.

I actually originally bought a set of these but because I don't enjoy all the work in opening and resealling them, I resold the lenses and bought the new lights instead. Didn't work out well though.
