i just recieved my vertex bodykit. i went to go fit it today and the side skirts do not fit at all they are a joke thats what i get for buying a cheap copy kit off ebay i guess. anyway i guess other people have had this problem what did you guys do i guess ill have to slice it in a few places and stretch it and fiberglass it. is that the best way??

wish i realised this before i brought it. anyway i have started to fit it all up i have the side skirts on all well and good that wasnt really i big drama compared to the rear bumper the rear bumper is a crap as fit really bad. but i have started cutting it and re joining fibre glass is drying as we speak. ill post some pictures up soon of the progress. as its the first time i have done this you guys might be able to give me some tips

Tip 1
research before buying anything. don't know, ask questions. WHY is this so much cheaper than the genuine product. buy RIGHT the first time if it cost nearly twice as much, there is a reason for it.

ps. ask the spray painter how much paint he used to spray the bodykit and buy that amount for touch-ups and respray if needed.

i have just about got the rear bumper fitted nice. im doing all the work myself im also painting myself. i could of got a genuine vertex kit for $700 i wish i got it now but i was not to know that the copy kit was going to be so crap.
