| Hey guys just wanted to show you all the BN Sports Type 1 kit that was fitted today. Looking pretty good i recon, just gotta fix a few minor issues with it but the guys that fitted it said any dramas to take it back to them, so all good. Anyway just gotta fit the coilovers and drop the height a bit, fit my new wheels and get a respray and it will be very sweet. Anyway guys here are the pics, interior pics to come in a few days. Look familiar Chris????? hehe

| Nice Job mate, need to get a respray and get them wheels on Im currently looking at what i should do with my suspension setup as the kit brought it down a lot lower than i thought. Looking forward to seeing progression! As for bonnet closing, Nope, i triple checked as i put the kit on, had to take it off then on so many times to line it up. Whered you end up getting the kit? and how hard was it for the person to fit? Mine was a damn straight pain in the ar.se. |

| Looks like a vertex kit? The BN usually flares out a bit more. Wheels make me want to yack |

| yeah its a vertex copy, unusually doesnt seem to fit too bad for a copy, is it painted or in the flexi prime that it came with? just paint doesnt match? not a fan of the wheels but get them on before you set up the suspension then that way you will know how far you will have to drop it with the bigger tyres etc also spend 20 bucks and get some blue magic lens restorer for your headlights. make it look 100 times better |

| Thank Chris, as i said in the original thread needs a respray for sure, as for your suspension, mate go for coilovers cant beat the adjustability in my opinion. The kit was from a body shop here in brissy and they fit it for me as well. As i said in your thread i have to take it back cos my bonnet is not lined up well at all and my high beams need adjusting too because there are gaps at the bottom. Judging by the fact that i have to take it back suggests that the fitter did it first go and hoped i wouldnt notice hahaha but im a picky basttard hehe. Matt, if you check the thread where it lists the various Soarer kits or just click on this link http://www.intellexual.net/faq.html#06 you will see both Chris and I's BN kit, it is Type 1 the one you are referring too is the type 2 you also see the vertex on that site as well, cant blame you guys for thinking it is a vertex cos they are damn close. As for you yacking over my wheels, its a good thing you didnt buy them and you left them for me to buy |

| ok here are 2 pics from the link i posted before......vertex
BN Type 1
as I said very similar, now if the website got it wrong then my bad and i will accept it as a vertex.... anyways Aaron you are 100% right mate deffinately needs a respray....anyone know a spray painter that will do it for me as a cash job on the cheap, just standard white not pearl white? Also it is a very good fit for a copy of whatever it may be BN or Vertex, as for the kits colour it is the flexi prime. Cheers for the sugestion on the wheels will do that for sure, and i do acknowledge wheels are a personal preference thing, so cheers man. Now i have all the stuff to clean up my lights but my left hand side has corroded chrome inside so worried it will look shyte, and also kinda crapping myself to pull them apart in the oven hehe. If anyone in Brissy done it and can do it easily there is a carton in it for ya if you help me out with it |

| if u look at the centre main scoop, the vertex is even with the brake vents height wise, unlike the BN which the top of the centre section is higher than the brake vents. Your bodykit relates to the vertex kit |

| i think with the bigger rims depending on offset should fill it out more making the bodykit not look as wide as i said lights arent perfect but with a bit of a clean up and reglue the seal on the outside they arent too bad just drivers light has a bit of a crack in the corner and that could be you test dummy for taking them apart if you want haha

| Yeah Aaron I have already test fitted the rims alone and they fill the guards well, they are 18x8 with +38 offset looked pretty good. Also guys and gals took the car back today to get the bonnet fixed and indeed they fixed it, no gaps in the high beams now at all and the bonnet is sitting flush just like factory. Will take pics tomorrow for you all to see As for the lights i will have e a think about it let you know in a bit Cheers Guys |
