| Rotaries are great, there only real down fall is fuel consumption and not the greatest low down torque but otherwise they tick all the boxes for a performance engine and they are very well suited to lighter cars. |

| The funniest thing about the Just Car ad was the car they are showing off was refused insurance by them because of the custom paintwork! |

| OH MY GOD! I've been sick... You would have to be the biggest looser to think that is cool/good/nice in anyway, whatsoever. The owner... is another matter.

| Up close it was magical. The detail was amazing. The entire package worked, with top quality custom interior one of the best quality retrims I have ever seen and it was built as a show car. I wouldn't do that to my car but it was built for a purpose and the time effort that went into was uncountable.... Mike grow up, it might not be your tastes and it isn't mine but even if you don't like something if it is very well done quality work which this is you can appreciate it none the less. |

Whats the point in owning a car that will never get driven? |

Oh yeah that is true. But I have the right to voice my opinion just the way I like. I see it as a big waste of money... clearly the owner loves it. Since I'm speaking to you, are you still doing the door hinge repairs? |

| i think the only thing that stands out is i dont like how much the skirts flare out compared to the front bar. other than that can see alot of work has gone into it and deserves any awards he got even though im not really a big fan of airbrushing. i actually saw the add again yesterday so they are still using it to advertise their business when they dont even insure it anymore!! maybe shannons would but they are very hard to deal with when you are under 25 lol |

I haven't repaired door hinges but Daryl Demarte who is a top block and does a fantastic job is still doing them. As to your comments you can voice your opinion by saying not to your tastes or explain why you think the package doesn't work; ie that front bar doesn't match the lines of the side skirts but your comments "biggest looser" were grossly out of place. |

| Ah of course, I confuse you two for some reason. Well, I was making my point. Nothing more, nothing less. In my conservative perspective I think anyone that modifies a once great vehicle and produces that air brushed example is not a winner and therefore the opposite, a looser, maybe not the 'biggest'. But just a general looser with their head so far up their rear they can't actually see what they have done. What you said about the kit is no righter than rain, that kit offers no continuity or matching style with the original shape, it simply looks stuck on. I just don't see how, possibly how it is likeable? Of course the paint job... well the candy apple red, or whatever it is on the roof is perfect, a terrific colour but from there down & end to end I don't see the point of spend untold amounts of money on cartoon drawings from a kids fantasy story book on the side of a car just thrown on the rear 1/4, then one on the door and one slapped on the bonnet.... It looks messy & hints vulgarity. I mean sure.. whoever did the air brushing has fantastic skills, that is a given. Clearly its a personal thing, like tattoo's - which I despise with out end. But whatever! I couldn't careless, I get to drive my own Soarer that's true to it's original intended design.

| You would expect this car to appear in a magazine like "Performance Car" here in NZ, a magazine that I occasionally pick up to have a laugh at. But hey, the world would be a very boring place without stuff like this in it wouldn't it? |

It's completely Performance Car material. Very entertaining stuff... Your right, it's always a good laugh to see stuff like this, and criticise it. |

| Mike, are you this judgemental or abrasive with your opinions when talking face to face with any of their owners? Somehow I'd doubt it... you gotta love the anonymity and invincibility the internet provides hey! |

| No, because the only Soarer owners I associate have good looking, tidy Soarers, so it's a nice conversation. Course, the internet is, it's hilarious. But I'm not stupid enough to say the same things I do on here to an owners hideous Soarer in person, that would be provoking an awkward situation or a fight. |

| There's a difference between constructive criticism and being an self-entitled asshole. 99% of the car forums on the net are putrid filth and it's near impossible to have a good natured discussion about cars, or find the answer to certain technical questions. This forum is really great in that regard, and we don't need the personal attacks, Mike. You might think it's hilarious to be a sarcastic fcukwit online, but honestly, it's getting old. |

Depends what use it is. If it's for decoration then no, though many do like it. I have some titanium in my face as part of a dental implant. It has its purpose. |
