I just paid Sport & Luxury Cars in Ferntree Gully a first time visit today & bought myself the rear add-on skirt to go with my existing side skirts of the same style that were obviously bought from there by the last owner. Also bought a late model OEM Grill while I was there too !

Anyway, my Q is, how have other people fitted their add-on skirt. Sika-flex all the way around the skirt with some screws on either end where it meets the wheel guards ? Screws all the way around the bumper + Sika-flex ? Or purely just a load of the Black tar from hell.. Sika-flex (again) ^_^

Cheers,
Mike

I don;t know what you mean be a rear skirt .. is that like a lip only for the back bar? .. can I see a picture please? Sikaflex is hella good stuff but you would have to use some bolts to keep it in place i would imagine

how much did they charge you? Wouldn't it be easier for them to fit it on? :-)

Jol, yep it's a lip for the rear bar. I will get some photo's up soon.

And as for the pricing, it was $395 for the rear lip & $245 for the grill. I can fit it on no problems, just wondering who has done what to hold theirs in place. I think using mostly Sika-flex & some screws for the win then.

Here is a quick photo all fitted, just needs another paint + clear coat. New appropriate sized mufflers in a few weeks to go with the exhaust cut-outs also.

The Soarer has also got some more new additions, I'll be sure to post up some before & after photos soon.

Thinking I'll go spoiler-less now as well !!
