Well my day has come! Got rear ended last night.. Will get picks up tonight! Was parked out the front of my mates place helping with xmas lights.. Then bang..! Thinking I better have a look.. Well yep it was my car! The lady driver lives two doors down and didn't see my car parked there.. I asked her what happen and she said I don't know,I asked was she looking at the xmas lights across the road! She said yes and didn't see my car..

Jeff, From my own experience, the best thing to do when NRMA is involved, is to get your insurance involved. As the other party is at fault, you shouldnt have any undue effects on your policy as they will be able to recover all expenses from NRMA. From your side, it will probably mean a far faster resolution.

Ok, well... its all 'in-house' so not too bad I suppose. When someone else hit me, the strong impression NRMA gave me were they couldnt care less because I wasnt their customer. Person who hit me had their car sorted in days... mine dragged on until I got the sh!ts and got my insurer involved

She musta been looking at those lary christmas lights just under the Soarer badge. Now all you have to do is sit back and watch as NRMA attempts to screw itself over.

you have got to be me!!! dam man that sucks heaps!!! nrma is full stop. do your claim through your company and get everything sorted and take to a repairer and they will get in contact with the other nrma. its fine aslong as you have their details so they can match up with nrma's when they ring them as they are at fault.. nrma will try dodge everything and will try not to pay for things like your rear lights etc.. and will take forever to get the money from them and go ahead to start the damage isnt as bad as i thought which is good for you but it is still a real annoyance as you will be without a car while its being repaired.. make sure they get good quality parts for the repair as you dont want dodgy crap being shined up and put on lol so make sure you use a repairer that you know are good as you arent paying for it

Ah Get your insurer involved ASAP. NRMA gave me the massive runaround when a girl ran into my Soarer and took them ages to get sorted.
