| Maybe he likes the lift it gives him at speed. Now he can get it sideways easier without all that pesky traction. Or maybe it's a budget, veyron style air-brake?

| Try driving backwards (this wing may work if you can get up to a really good speed in reverse). Otherwise visit any panel beater and he will instantly correct your problems. |

| Maybe they lost a bet. Really it doesn't look that much more stupid than it would if it was the right way around |

| Methinks its a University boys prank. Knowing that old mate has no tools in his car, a couple of fellas bought a hex key, removed the spoiler, reveresed, and bolted it back on. Added points if Loctite ultra was used. |

| Forgot to mention that those vertical end plates could get you into a lot of trouble with the enforcers in NSW. ADRs require 'soft' round edges (more pedestrian friendly) to ensure that one doesn't slice off bits of humans as one passes or strikes a pedestrian. The original factory 'spoiler' actually served to reduce drag by 0.01%. The one pictured would more likely add 10% drag! |

| Brian, factor spoiler reduced drag by about 3%, not 0.01% |

| Hate to disagree, but the factory manual states 0.01% so I'm inclined to accept their figure, even if it seems very conservative. This is the lip spoiler on the bootlid, not a high rise unit. |

Im sure it would, but find me a wing that doesnt add drag while adding downforce and ill find you a job in an f1 team. And Ali is correct on the factory wing |
