The whole arm? You just prise the cap open with your fingers or a flat bladed screw driver if its really stuck - it just pivots open. Underneath there is a small nut - around 8mm I think - undo that and then carefully prise the arm off the splines - soak with CRC or WD-40 if its binding. Easy. If you just want to replace the blade assembly then its the usual hook assembly, same as the front.

If it is stuck fast and you have already tried WD40 then try this:
Don't buy a puller if you don't already have one. Chances are you have something to use as a pivot and lever (claw hammer/pry bar/big screwdriver and block of wood/etc). Get something to spread the load on the glass such as a piece of wood, book, etc and put it between your prybar and the glass. Lever the wiper arm gently (GENTLY) and work around the base.
Often they are stuck fast with 15-20 years worth of corrosion. All you need to do is 'crack the seal' and then it will lift off easily.

I have broken both my pullers from super cheap, and another from an independent parts shop. I did have a good steering wheel puller from Supercheap, but broke it whilst arguing with the bushes in the suspension arm (long story!)
Next time I need one I'll have to buy something of quality.
The thing is, the rear wiper is not held on by any mechanical device once the nut is removed and should come fairly easily once you 'crack' it. Even a forceful wiggle from side to side should get it in most cases.

Once you remove the nut you have to crack the TAPER and you know how strong they can be Ben. the thing is the hole in the glass is close to the end of the screen its a weak spot.
