Haha well the dish is created by widths, offsets, and the disk of the wheel...
So they don't just come like that unless they are ordered like that... On yahoo japan right now for instance there's a set going up the in 19 by 6.5 with a +45 offset which would be shocking on a Soarer haha
If you want rims with dish and awesome fitment and aren't a sissy boy then get some work schwert sc2 that are in awesome offset... Or there's speedstar bareback rodeo wheels that are just porn...
Joshua Rao Goo Roo WA JZZ30 vvti auto GT-L (for sale $9.8k ono), TT (for sale $5.2k), 06 Hyundai Elantra (for sale $9.2k), 97 Blk UZZ31, 97 JZZ30 vvti turbo blk manual ($14k), Legnum VR4, Alfa 156
Pretty sure that it depends where you get them from, in America they're are labelled as Maya and the wheel is called rt5. Check out the photo, the centre cap has Maya written on it.

Sissyboys = people who prefer not to be fighting the steering wheel constantly and feeling every stone on the road transmitted to their arse I presume?

That's so exaggerated lol. I've got 18x10 +10 at the front and its not that bad. Even my lil sister who is on her L's doesn't have any problems driving my car.
I've got a set of RTS that used to be on my Soarer then on my GS300 for a little while (until I belted the bejesus outta the fronts)... need to find a place to make me custom wheel shells. Any ideas in NSW, preferably Sydney? I've had these wheels for the past 4 years or so now and they seem to be rare to find secondhand.
Yeah Maya's are copies of the Riverside Trafficstars, the ones in that pic I know for a fact are genuine riverside trafficstars as I am a member on CL and remember someone asking the same question.

Wheel size has nothing to do with tramlining and poor grip patch constancy (other than wider tyres do tend to exacerbate it a bit) its offset that is the real problem. "Its not that bad" well - depends on the kind of driving you do. On a 10 hour journey "its not that bad" can turn into "my god I feel like I've been fighting a grizzly bear for 10 hours"
Altering castor angle etc. can definitely help the situation, but usually at the expense of accelerated tyre wear and reduced grip.
Don't underestimate how tiring a car that needs constant steering corrections and feeds every bump right to your spine can be on long trips. Might feel fine for the first hour, might feel fine for the first couple of hours - but it will wear you down eventually. If you never do long trips, and never drive tired and/or inebriated - never want to drive it hard on a windy piece of bumpy road - well that's just fine then.
18" wheels with reasonable offsets, good tyres and good suspension can be fine - its when people get stupid with 19" + wheels, stretched tyres, and dumping the car on super hard, super short springs that it all starts to turn to custard.
Compromise between looks and safety/performance is usually the best way to go for a every day car - its much, much less aggravating to live with.

My cars got low offset 19s with stretched tyres and camber. its dumped on hard suspension and I've driven to Sydney with my car and it didn't feel like i was "fighting a grizzly bear for 10 hours". I also drive it hard on mountain runs when i get the chance to when I'm not busy with other stuff.
Are you talking from past experience or is this just stuff from other people you've read online?

to you guys saying that the soarer is NOT from Russia - you raise good points...
but as someone said - there are a quite a few soarers (and jap imports in general) in Mother Russia... in fact i think the AWD 10 million horsepower soarer is in Russia, isn't it???
anyway - good point - the pic of "that soarer" in the top - is OBVIOUSLY a japanese license plate.
so that's OBVIOUSLY in japan...
and then look here - car has had it's picutre taken outside mr miagi's dojo. there's a zoku Tarago in background and a smallvan too..
^^again - CLEARLY in japan...
but!!!
^^^that's a Russian license plate?
and now look at this - have you ever seen a white soarer look THIS good???
