As you can see, theres quite a big dent on the rear panel. FOr the bumper, Im thinking of using hair dryer technique to fix up. What about dent, ice/heat?

You can try to use heat to stop the paint from cracking when you knock it out, but it looks like a pretty decent dent that will require hammering out, bog and a respray to look any good.

Metal will be well stretched, but you should be able to make it look a heap better by pressing it back out. Personally after having many times done dodgy fixes on damage like this when I was much younger, these days I wouldn't bother as you always end up dissatisfied with the results - just take it to a panel beater and bite the bullet. Of course these days I have proper insurance and a savings account which is actually in the black, which I didn't have 16 years ago...
