Good stuff Thomas!
FYI, I did not take off the front wheels, just turned them all the way. I took out 5 or so of the 10mm bolts holding the wheel arch lining on, and one screw holding the trim at the top of the wheel arch. I then opened the lining (it's quite flexible) and squirmed my hand in and used an 8mm socket to loosen the bolts. It was uncomfortable and dirty, but I got it done. The drivers side was more difficult than the other.
One thing I DID notice was that the prongs inside the bulb holder seemed a bit loose, and I checked the operation of the bulbs at various stages of the swap. I did not want to finish up and have them not working, and have to open up again!

Looks great Lawrence. Didn't find the time to do the mod yet, but hopefully I will get my car back from the garage today. And thanks for the link for the bulbs. Pretty good price!!!
