Hi Guys,

Well the soarer is going in to get painted soon (cant stand the swirls in the paint any longer and I had to repair a chip in the paint on the roof and made it look worse!). So whilst I’m at it I’m considering putting on a new front bar.

I came across this one and was wondering if anyone knew what type of front bar it is (as the store doesn’t know, they bought it in Japan allegedly). It looks quite good on its own but I wanted to know if anyone had any photos of it on a car or if anyone got bored with photoshop could they chop it onto an image or two.

I am very interested in this bar as its not a vertex (although I love vertex bars) and its not too expensive.

Thanks Paul, i looked at intelexual but didnt see it there, you are right though, that looks the most like it, just a shocking picture...

Looks like the 97 OEM kit with a grafted lip on to the front bar.

Hi Sam, I'm pretty sure it's a Jic Magic bodykit.

Sinex http://www.sinex.com.au/ in Melbourne sell them, which should work out pretty good for you, too bad I'm in Brizzie.
I was wanting to know how the kits fit, so you can be my guinea pig if you like

its not those kits shown above, those kits have the turning lights this one has bigger side vents and no turning lights...

i will try my hand at photochopping it tonight.

and the photo of that front bar is www.teamjetspeed.com.au
that front bar look like GTR skyline, but not sure will look good in soarer or not.

Went to the JetSpeed website, and saw this. Is this the "Vertex" lip that fits onto the pre-96 Soarers? From the looks of it, it has extra fibreglass extending onto the front bar, rather than it just being a lip to attach to the bottom of the oem bumper.

Will, that's the front lip from a kit called 'Exclusive' by the Evolution company (who also make Auto Couture).
