OK, well finally I have a new supplier at better buy prices. I still can't do quite as good as Jeff, however my new price is $635 plus P&h.
Remember this is an Aust supplied price. All duties, GST and import freight are already paid. There are no surprises in the price here and they are dispatched direct from me to you which means I have full control over the supply chain.
Additionally we will attempt to keep a continual supply always in stock.
Finally you can be assured that if anything goes wrong with delivery that we will sort it out for you. For example we had one set that arrived in the UK with one light broken in transit even though we packed them *extremely* well.
Because we insured the lights we went through the claim process. It took approximately 15 to 20 telephone calls over an 8 week period with different divisions of Australia post and liaison with UK postal service through the customer to sort out the claim for a replacement. Talk about hoops to jump through and time taken to resolve.
That's the extra length we go for our customers. Don't think for a minute that some guy in china will do the same if you buy direct overseas or through a drop ship arrangement...
