I think you will find there was something in ALSC site. Either a thread or a procedure. I suggest you search there for the FMIC topic.

those pictures look too complicated to follow!

apparently you are able to install the cooler without moving the front bar, thats what id do, as id probably lose every nut and bolt before putting the front bar back on

Mine was installed without taking the bar off. But, I didn't do it.

ive done mine without takin it off. pritty easy yah just need to be patient.

omg i tried this the other day cause i have the passenger side of my front bar smashed!! i took 12 screws out which was nothing but haha i was like hell no...not going any further but they took me longer to put back in cause i lost the spanner thingy in the kit and had to put arm in every direction to try get it back out.

Took mine off last weekend (Stock 91). The most time consuming part is finding all the bolts, clips and screws you need to take off. I'm planning to take it off again either this weekend or next, so i can take some pics.
