Hey guys,
This may sound wack but here goes....
I got a mate who works for a spray painter and panel beater and he has never worked on a Soarer before.
I can basically remove everything from the exterior such as headlights and tail lights and some seals and then we can sand it all down then mask it up then he can spray paint it.
Now to do the inside door sills and inside frame of the door is a bit tricky, we came to the conclusion that physically removing the door off the car would be easier after we spray the entire exterior.
Also my drivers side door closes but has a slight kink when closing so it will also be beneficial to take it off and take a look at what is causing it do that.
there has been people posting on the forums before on how to 'correct' the sag by tightening the hinge..
as for removing the door, inside your kick panel on the drivers side there is a big fat plug you have to pull out, then undo the rubber from the outside and pull it through.. then its just 4 bolts and off she comes..
