Try and track down some of those corporate clothing companies, they've got massive embroidery jigs and can probably help you out. I think there's on in Brisbane called Jonny Bobbin.
That's just my sketchy memory from a few T-Shirts I've had to wear at various jobs so I'm not sure if they're based in Brisbane.

I am sure others have done this before. I think they used US spec floor mats upside down as templates (upside down due to the pedal set being on the wrong side.)
I have been waiting for the elusive full set, grey, in excellent condition but they have not turned up yet.
I know at some of the local weekend markets (Maitland and Lismore)I have seen stalls that make up floor mats out of carpet. I'm pretty sure they can embroider them too. They would need a template to do other than generic(falcadore etc) pattern.

I just got some done at a place in Dandenong, forget what they are called. I am pretty unhappy with the whole experience, took them ages to get them done and the colour is way off.
