Hi guys,
Just letting you know, I have a mate who can supply 1/2 DIN holders for the front dash.
What this means is if you have two stereo decks, this will fill in the 1/2 DIN size gap underneath the bottom deck.
I have fit this to my car already and it fits quite well (but not perfect).
If anyone is interested let me know and i'l see what I can do. I bought for $25 but hopefully i can get a group discount if theres enough interest.
If anyone can get something similar for a cheaper price please let me know as I am looking for a second one too.
Pix will be posted tonight. Cheers!

I have a 1/2 din in my front. It's true, they don't quite fit but it's close. It is not one of these but I would think the fitting would be the same.

You have to use some padding around it (not too hard).

Here's a pic (the 1/2 din is just above the ash tray):

If this one fits better I will consider a replacement.

You can buy genuine Toyota ones made for an AE101 Corolla.

It cost me $9 full price a couple of years ago.

Part number was 55521-02020

That looks to be a full DIN pocket Andrew, not the half DIN that is required for the Soarer

Oh, of course.
I was getting mixed up with double din.
That is a single din pocket, my mistake.

hey Benny - where'd you get the wooden detail from? is that a factory fit or something you did yourself?

also - been chechin out those lamoza (did I spell that right?) gear shifter and handbrake button, I saw one with a white finish that'd go great with my interior - do you know if they have a direct website you can order these from?
