Hi Everyone. Im developing a website to upgrade soarer.co.nz (im just going to do a basic html site first but want to develop a Flash based site in the near future)...anyway, what i need are some high quality pictures of the center console (preferably with a woodgrain kit surrounding the EMV)- the idea is to use the various buttons on the Emv/volume knobs etc for navigation and then have the EMV screen actually displaying the info... So here's what i need- Pics (as large as poss, i can reduce them if need be) of the central console (including the Volume/AC knobs) from directly front on (hopefully without the shift lever in the way but i should be able to photoshop that out if i have to).....I messaged manny about this but he either didnt get it or is too busy Any help would be appreciated and ill let you guys know when Soarer.co.nz is updated...a bit of Trans- Tasman rivalry ;) Tim

It would be better to use the photos for reference then create the whole dash in Photoshop then slice it and use that for the website.. It would look more polished and professional. I could give you an example of what I am talking about if you want..

Hi Bill, The red button near the gear change lever allows you to get the gearbox out of Park when no key is in the ignition, or the battery is flat. Certain fault conditions also cause the transmission interlock to be inoperable. IE: If your stop lights are not working, The electrical interlock will not allow the Shift lever from the Park position. Then the button can be used to get the transmission out of park so that the car may be driven.

I have found an on off switch in the boot which when turned to off, I think comes up on the drivers screen with some japanese and OFF. Can someone please tell me what this switch does and if there is an association? Also is the power steering (which very occasionally is a little stitchy) a very big job to fix.?
