I was just wondering what everyone uses to clean the inside of their windows? I used amourall auto glass cleaner last time and it just went all foggy and streaky. What are some good brands people have used, and what is the best method for using it, paper towel or cloth?

Not really when it is wet. Be careful what you use when you have tinted windows. Mostly just a good cloth that is damp, then just go over it with a dry soft cloth to pick up the water afterwards.
If they aren't tinted, a 50/50 mix of water and metho is excellent! The metho cleans the glass and dries very quickly so that you don't get streaks and things. I use that on my windows inside and out, as well as my windscreen. It gets them so clear that it almost looks like you don't have any glass in front of you while you are driving!! It is also great for getting that Armourall smog stuff off your windscreen after the sun has evaporated it off you dash (If you guys don't get that, then you are lucky you don't live in a place with 50 degree days...
Vinegar and water does a great job of the outside windows, with a bit of elbow grease and a strong enough mix, you can get rid of calcium buildup because vinegar is acidic and calcium is a base. Does take a little bit to get it off though. Go over the glass with metho and water after you finish with the water and vinegar.

Don't know about the seats but don't use it on your dash. It becomes shiny and fumes will rise when it gets hot. That is the reason why at least some people want dash mats.

I would love to use something else, but unfortunately, I live in the sticks, and it was the only thing I had access to at the time. I don't find it gets to shiny, but yes, it does let off fumes or something like that, which sticks to the windscreen on the inside and makes it really difficult to see at night when someone is driving towards you with their lights on...

Its also a total sealant, which is no good for rubber/plastic. It sure looks fantastic but can actually be attributed to dashes cracking. Even worse for tires which have to breath to remain 'rubbery'. If used a lot on tires the tire rubber actually turns grey (which is the real colour of tire rubber, the black is a lubricant sort of thing that is impregnated within the rubber) and starts to break down.
Not that Ive ever had this problem as for some reason tires dont seem to last overly long anyway

Pilbara. I live in Wickham (50kms away from Karratha) Gets between 45 and 50 most summers. Hit 51 degrees in Pannawonica last year which is 200kms away. We aren't to far away from Marble Bar which is the hottest place on Earth. Apparently.

Yeah i'm interested to know what a good alternative to armour all is too... because i'd like to get my dash nice and shiny while protecting it from the sun, but i dont want any harm being done either.
