Is it possible to have late model (94+) door trims on early model (91-94) soarers?
Considered buying factory black door pocket and wondering if you can install them to 91 door trim.

if that doesnt make sense.
94+ door pockets into a 91 model soarer.
Otherwise it is vinyl painting for me =(

As far as I can see the certainly look the same on the surface, so I don't see why not.

It should fit all the same mate. IIRC the mounting points were the same (when I took off my door trims anyway).

I really need to make sure, because if I buy them. I don't think they will take them back if I say I bought the wrong one. it will be a case of, "Too Bad, Soo Sad"

Will be organising a group buy so if anyone is interested!

Could you guys please take pictures of your trim pieces?

the trim is a little different shape on late 96+

mounting points are probably the same but the shape of the padded vinyl under the wood panels is a slightly different shape.

^ The padded vinyl is the same shape. The only difference that I found was that the door pocket has two sections instead of one (93 model vs. 97 model).

I'll grab a picture for you later on in the day. The only difference I can see is in the actual pocket itself (there's a divider) but all the mounting points are the same.
