Just wondering if anyone else has normal seatbelts (see pic below) instead of that arm thing on the b pillar?

Im assuming they were put in at compliance or are they original jap items? They don't retract properly sometimes and i want to change them back to normal.

Can anyone reccomend a place in Melb that does seatbelts?
