Hi Guys and Gals,

As you have probably figured out already, i want to replace my current crappy wheels that has a gross cover on it to stop anymore leather falling off.

I have gone with a white and chrome theme inside my car *different i know* and i realise some of you probably will not like it but im not really interested in that.

What i AM interested in is what wheels you guys think will go nicely with my interior.

Oh and other point, i plan on painting over the woodgrain trim in the near future to a pearl white (to suit everything else)

I'd say the first one. While the third one is good, it's probly a bit retro for a soarer.

I think you need something like muzzy's momo steering wheel. It's not quite as in-your-face white.

hmmm i think im leaning towards the second one at the moment also. Simmilar to the Isotta (probably just a knock off job) . i like the flat bottom.

AS for the colour... im just looking around at the moment, but i DO want some white on the wheel at least. Maybe not a whole white wheel but sumfin with some white.

Yeh, dirty hands would be an issue, maybe i could get some white Michael Jackson gloves to go with the wheel ?

Yes its against the law, and as far as i know If you want to do it all by the book, you have to have aftermarket steering wheels engineered (the one on my Cima is).

Oh, and my choice would be a variation of the third one, like what is in my Cima. It has a glassy finish so any marks just wipe off

I read something about this somewhere. There's something about it being legal as long as the car's old enough (somewhere around 1994-1996).

umm my car doesn't have an airbag.

But yea, im under the impression that it is a naughty to remove air bag wheels (could just be a rumour tho?)

DOm- yeh i saw yours when you posted your pics of your Cima, i like that wheel, but like Dan said, i think its a bit retro for a Soarer also.

anyways - the search continues. * white wheels are hard to find. So keep your eyes peeled people if you see anything.

HI guys,

Well after considering the problems with tryin to keep a white wheel clean, i have decided to go with a mixed wheel. NOW im tryin to decide whether i go the black and white, or grey and white. I have decided to get a flat bottom one.

Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated.

Go the black. It looks much better and will go with your dash when you spray it black as well
