...personally I'd remove it Sohail. If you gonna paint it you wanna do a good job and masking everything in there would be a nightmare as well as the risk of overspray.
Yes huge job though but if you know what you're doing; well worth the effort.
Not that hard to do.. had mine out before. start with centre console area, then glove box, under steering wheel parts then work your way up. Then do the "OH handles and pillar trim. Also remove dash cluster. then there is a couple screws holding it in. also just cut the loom loost from under the top of the dash and unscrew the plug box in the centre( under) the dash.

hi, it really easy to take out, i even took the heater core out, i did a full interior strip dash out and on my way to nat rad with the heater core in just under 3 hours..

where abouts do you live michael as I am keen to take mine out but I don't have a good garage to do it in and I don't want to stuff it up. I have already sprayed it with the dash in and it looks good but not perfect
