I purchased a Momo wheel a while back and also ordered the JZA80 Momo hub kit.

Supplier sent the wrong kit, had no provision for the clock spring connector, had a brass horn ring instead.

It physically fitted but meant the removal of the clockspring and then the loss of the horn.

I hunted around and found it very very difficult to find someone that sold a Soarer boss. Most seemed to think that the Supra one was different and getting pics was hard.

Long story short, the HKB boss OT-155 fits fine. The supplier didn't think it would fit my Soarer and couldn't confirm but sent me some pics that made it look like it would.

The boss clears the clock spring connector and has a little single wire plug to plug into the clock spring assembly for the horn wire. You need an earth in the wheel somewhere to feed the button.

Hope this helps someone else. I hunted around for a while including searching on here and couldn't find a definitive part number that I could use in NZ.

Cheers
Matt.

Thats strange, OT-155 was the part number that the supplier gave me.

Have to say the quality is pretty damn good compared to the normal run of the mill boss kits.

For some reason my country isn't listed, I am in New Zealand.

I got a Momo boss first and found the quality of the Momo to be slightly better.

It looks like the HKB could be modded to support the cruise stalk, that's my next mission.

Did you get the one with the plug for the cruise control?

I paid ~$40 so I cant complain when compared to a momo boss kit.

The OT-155 supports the clockspring connector so if you could mount the cruise stalk you could plug it in.

I paid more than $40 :-(

I bought a HKB one ages ago and it HAD the cruise control buttons ontop of the boss itself.

3 simple buttons and easy to use, was so happy to retain my cruise control.

From memory I think I paid about $130AU Landed from the 'Land of the Rising Sun'.

You can also get ones where the cruise buttons are on the horn switch... not really sure how well that works when you wanna adjust your speed
