Hey, just wanted to know if I apply too much pressure to the Sunroof glass panel to make it match the roof lines on the outside, will it crack?
The glass panel uses different thickness spacer blocks for adjustments to lift or lower.
But to make the Sunroof sit nicely when closed, i've had to use more spacers on one side and less on the other.
There's a difference of about 3-4mm on all corners.
I guess every Sunroof must sit differently as the assemblies I have, as similar as they are, there is 2 different sets of adjustment, and using either original spacers just didnt do it, but a mix of the both worked fine.
So how flexible is the glass in this situation, and does going up and down driveways , over speed humps, dead cats, animals and shirtless drunk dudes in the middle of the night in the middle of the road, or whatever that causes the chassis to flex, will it have any significant issue with the Sunroof glass panel.

When I rolled my 180sx, The roof caved in pretty bad, too my amazement, the sunroof didn't crack or anything. So, if they are all made using the same material/thickness whatever, it should be safe!
