Wow! It has been a long time since I have posted on this forum. For those that I have spoken to in the past .
And before anyone asks, no I am not driving another SC. House, with wedding and kids eventually on the way have to stick with the 4 door cars for now until I get to my mid-life crisis. For those interested I am now running around in a 96 (MY97) Lexus ES300 with a view to get a 2nd gen GS300 down the line.
The reason I am started this thread is to see if anyone can provide me with measurements for the Soarer front passenger seats. What I am particularly interested in is the following:
(i) Width of the seat (ii) Height of the seat (iii) The length and required width of the rails that hold the seats to the floors.
I have got this crazy idea to see whether or not the SC seats would actually fit in my car. If anyone does have a spare seat lying around or might have taken theirs out for whatever reason, you assistance would be fantastic.
Anyone good to say hello guys & gals, and I still see the eye candy is still the girls from F1

Thanks David.
Rails for my car unfortunately are about 20 cm's shorter (length) and width wise 40 cm's shorter. So Soarer seats might be out, unless I got the rail modified. Otherwise might have to try some LS seats, as supposedly the 95's fitted.

David thank you very much for that. It would appear that the rails width wise and length wise are 43cm on my ES as well (bolt to bolt). So I guess the only way to determine if it would fit in my car would be to get a Soarer seat and see if it would go in and bolt on.
Now I just have to find someone here in Perth who has a seat I can test out. Never know it might fit.
The main reason I am doing this is because I have got the "S" variant of the ES300, so have missed out on electric seats. As a result I want electric seats back and if I can get the Soarers to fit, problem partially solved. Just have to go through with the wiring, but supposedly this isn't too hard, given that it's really just 1 positive and 1 negative to connect. More than likely, like any Lexus vehicle the harness is probably there, just not connected. Not interested in the memory seats, more just the power adjustment.
