bottom part screws in... top part you just push the handle back towards the roof following the angle of the A pillar and it should slide off the clip for memory.
Clip underneath then unscrews
Give that a go
(Im running off memory here, been ages since I replaced one... BUT pretty sure thats how its done, just take a good look at it first and take it carefully just in case )

Maybe use a flat head screwdriver to raise the clip first before you can slide the handle off
Yeah, There is a clip between the handle and the mount that needs to be pressed in with a flat screwdriver, then the handle needs to be slide upwards off the bracket.

I cannot believe the amount of bum info floating around on this site. Doing this with the methods described above, will not work, or will break something.
1. Carefully move the rubber handle covering the top and bottom mounts. Bottom one slide it downwards. Top one, slide it upwards. If you don't it will rip. 2. Once you uncover the brackets underneath. For the top one you must get a flat head screw driver and pry the little tab UP, NOT IN as above. Once its pried up enough it will clear the plastic clip and SLIDE IT UP. 3. For the bottom one you must SLIDE IT DOWN and OFF. 4. Undo the bolts for the A pillar and carefully pry the trim from the TOP most corner 5. The bottom of the A pillar has a little tongue type plastic piece down the side of the dash pull it up and out towards the passenger side.

lol, thanks for the update. That Would have been great nearly 7 years ago when the question was raised but it doesn't seam like anyone else had an issue with the '"Bum" info provided. It's good to know that the countless hours from all the contributors to the site has been preserved for those who will truly appreciate it the next time they can't work it out themselves and have to search and revive a thread from 2009
