Hi , i have a 1992 V8 Soarer, the drivers door in side panel where you pull it shut has broken is there a easy fix for this or is it a big job ?

Only way to tell will be to pull the door panel off and see what's broken.

It can all be repaired with epoxy and fibreglass but it could be very time consuming depending on the extent of the damage.

Unusual for the arm rest to break off, it has two screws that go directly into the door so that provides quite a bit of strength.

yeah rescrew the big screws, place bigger washers on everything and itll be fine

Deryk i reckon you should remove the whole interior door and repair all the damaged bits you can see. i did it by cutting up an old olive oil can and glueing with contact adhesive. Nehemiah is probably right, but there will be lots of broken plastic bits to fix. its a good one for a rainy weekend and not actually that hard.
