Here's a quick photo of mine, Did the same with my last car.

Got some custom made black plush carpet thrown in, Still gotta glue it down around the edges haven't gone that far yet.

Major transformation from the poo brown.

Personally I think spraying any part of the door trim black looks cheap and nasty.

Some black leather seats would finish the look nicely i think.

Luke you have the same gauges as me and in the same spot. Ali did you want any other photos because mine is pretty similar to Luke's?

This is Joe's dye job (note not vht but birdsall-leather dye) and I think it looks even better than a stock black interior. Looks fresher and shinier and he told me that it's still like new.

Sebastian I meant on a tan/brown interior sorry.

Seen half bits of the door trim painted black such as the arm rest.

To me it looks like crap.

Painting the whole door black on the other hand is a different story!

Ps. just looked at your interior, no offense haha. Just think little bits of black look out of place.

here's pics of mine.

i sprayed straight over all the platic bits (after a good clean of course) and sprayed my carpets as well.

also BUY MORE CAN'S THEN YOU THINK YOU NEED especially if your going to do your carpet. and clean out the nozzles every time. i didn't do it on one or 2 of my cans. went to use them again came out all splotched and it large drops. ruined a few bits and had to do them again. so just check how the paint is coming out before you paint.

luke i think yours would look heaps better if you just spray the corners of the door carpet on yours. but each to their own :-)

Haha, none taken mate. I like it and thats all that matters but I probably am going to go all black soon.

Another thing with the vht cans is to make sure you heat them up a bit by placing them in the sun for ten minutes, especially in winter because at $15 a can you want to make sure you don't waste any.

Looks good Shane, I considered spraying the corner carpets on the doors black, But i'm not sure. Suits the interior when the door is closed but when opened it looks out of place..

I'll think about it. All you need is a black wheel!

It is preferable to do it on a hot day with low humidity but that's being pretty pedantic, just make sure you either do it indoors or somewhere where there is no wind, put the cans in the sun for a bit and really shake them up well.
