hi guys was cleaning my car today when i notices my passangers rear seat belt wouldnt budge i tried all that pulling slowly and putting car on different angles diddnt work so i want to know does any one know how to remove the rear parcel shelf any help guys??

You shouldn't need to remove the parcel shelf to look at the seat belt. Just pull the back seat out and the rear side trims. Either way, you'll need to pull all that out to remove the parcel shelf (some people just remove the seat then bend it up away from the side trims but it is easy to break). Hi Jacob

To remove the parcel shelf you need to remove the seats, the rear lining and then at that stage you should see your seat belt mechanism. If you still need to remove the shelf you then take off your brake light off the shelf and hey presto out it comes.

But read the thread Robert put up its pretty good.
