I bought a soarer and i want to do an entire interior swap. I'm talking dash, center console, window trims, seats belts, hand brakes, seats, carper and all the others.
Is there any write-up for this?
Here's a list of things I need, and I'm still missing
- I need a write-up for the carpet - Is there a write-up for the complete dash removal? I only have the one for the Lexus SC400 - I need to know if I can wire a power seat where there was initially no power seat? (Reason being is that I have power seats in my soarer and the one that i am swapping into does not. I want to have it so they are functional.
Anything complicated I should keep an eye out for? Thanks! It'd be really appreciated

I did a full interior swap on my soarer to change to the factory black interior. I don't have a write up to step it all out, but once you get in there and start to take things out it becomes pretty apparent as to what to do.
Carpet is easy if your stripping the interior, simple lifts out once all the front seats and centre console are out.
The write up for the sc400 dash will point you in the right direction to finding the bolts required, just remember some things will be on the opposite side.
I think there should be a topic on here somewhere about fitting electric seats to a car that previously didn't have them. It should be as simple as getting 12v to the seat controller box. Correct me if I'm wrong.

why don't you make a start on it, and as you run into problems search and post here questions (and pictures) and we should know how to help you. To be fair, apart from the dash, the seats and carpet and doortrims all are very easy clips and bolts.
