I'm having trouble getting these seats installed, has anyone ever done it? I searched and found people swapping the seats with memory function, but that's not what I'm looking for.

What I have : Basic Electric passenger and driver seats (no memory)

I'm installing in a Soarer that never came with any Power seats as an option.

What do I do?

I have never seen how it's like on a z30 Soarer, but the non memory seats should be pretty straight forward to install. There should be 3 wires, 2 thicker and one thinner. The thinner wire is for some sort of seatbelt function, the two thicker wires are power and ground for the seats. Apply power and ground to these. If the seats move the incorrect way, example forward when you press backward, swap the power and ground around.

Be wary where you bring the power from, if it's on a wire that runs off a very low amperage fuse, you may blow that fuse more often, but it can be easily changed to a different fuse if needed.

They're both JZZ30 soarer's.

Is it possible to just wire it to a 12v power source?

I wish I had more info on this because I'm taking out my NON-ELECTRIC seats and replacing them with these ones.

Yes it's possible, just wire in the 12v and ground and then test the seats.
