You know the swinging-seat-belt-holder-type-things ? My seat belts them self are not running through them. I have no idea how to put my belts through as there is no way as far as I can see possible. Please let me know if I have missed something.
Because I cannot think of the name of it, here is a photo borrowed from a members car, showing a clear view of the seat belt looped through the holder.
Can this piece of plastic that the belt goes through come apart or something at least ?

No idea how, but it must be doable as I've had front belts replaced in a Soarer before. Unfortunately I didn't see the guy do the work so I don't know exactly what he did.

you may have to unbolt the rail next to the seat, remove the rail, remove the seat belt end, thread it through the holder and then reassemble. just pop off the plastic covers with a screwdriver, and use a spanner or socket set to undo the bolts on the rail.
Hey mate, that's something I have tried already & just can't get the end of the seat belt through it as it is too thick because of the loop the belt has for the rail. Hence why I am wondering if there is another way to do it.

I see. when i got my car the belts were crossed over going through those holders somehow, and I had to uncross them by folding the seat belt over and then forcing it through the holder, so you can fit two layers of seat belt through one. in theory, this should mean the belt will go through, with a bit of brute force. try making a sharp fold in the end of the belt with pliers etc rather than the rounded end that is there now, then work a corner through and push a small phillips head screwdriver in between the two layers and work the belt through.
unless matthew's repairman stitched the belt up after he threaded it, in which case you may have to have the same done, or try filing back the holder to make a bigger hole

He did it in the carpark at work - took him less than an hour, so I don't think he got into unpicking and re-stitching stuff, but I was working, so its possible. He had loads of equipment in his van.
I was terrified he was going to break the plastic trims, but he did a brilliant job.

Sorry I can't even remember the name of the company - it was in 2002 so ancient history now.
I just looked up "Seat belts" or "safety belts" on the Yellowpages website and kept ringing people until I found one who knew what a Soarer was and would do an on-site replacement. Wasn't too hard to find someone.
