before anyone links me to the how to, ive looked it over and got no where.

The problem im having is i have everything disconected, the 3 wingnuts are off, etc, the woodgrain i can lift from the passenger side but just before the centre vents something is holding it and i cant figure out what, its stuck fast, i dont want to force it to much and crack the woodgrain :-(

Is there a hidden clip or something that i am overlooking?

I'm sure I had a printout of a tutorial somewhere, but can't find it now.
Here's all I could find, and it says there is a clip:

For the dash trim:

You need to take the glove box off. (Open it, remove the blanking plates and unscrew)

Then there are 3 wing nuts along the back of the wood strip... (these suck to get at !), 1 screw under the air vent at the passenger end and then one push clip at the drivers end of the long air vent. (This generally breaks / is broken getting the piece of crap out !)

From here:

Hope that helps.
