The plastic brackets that the handle clips into have broken.

Part number I know of is 74681-24010 for the upper one & 74682-24010 for the lower one.

Related to this - does anyone know if plastic blanking plates were ever made, to fill the holes so that the grab handles can be removed altogether?

The clips are available ex Japan only, $22 each.

I just checked and I have two clips in the shed both the same with no damage... no part numbers so no idea if they are top or bottom clips. PM me if you're interested.
