Hi guys need some help here.
I had few things stuck on my dash such as an apex rsm stand and mobile phone holder. I went to remove them yesterday and failed, it's left sticky spongy residue on the dash.
What products can I use to remove this mess without damaging my dash?

How about when you remove the wood trim from the climate control unit? The kind you stick on?

Would Tee Tree Oil work?

Go to supercheap or repco and ask the guy behind the counter for something (will cost about $10 and you'll have enough to last a few years)... DON'T use tea tree or eucalyptus oil oil if you can avoid it (although I use both for certain jobs) as both can remove the colour from the surface or even change the texture (dash vents and window visors).

+1 for wax and grease remover. Its the correct stuff for automotive use and wont damage painted surfaces or delicate trims and plastics.
