I don't know what I've done, but after fitting some led bulbs to the map lights, dome and interior doors, I can no longer open the sunroof or windows.
I took the drivers side door trim off numerous times, and there is a 'window closer' module, aftermarket installed. I have changed the mini plug fuses in the kick panel, to no avail.
I still have door lock function on the switch I still have mirror control on the switch I don't have passenger or drivers window control from either the passenger or drivers switch There is an aftermarket alarm installed. I've traced the black/white wire for breakages, nothing. I don't have sunroof control
There is no clicking, or led lights present.
There are some wires spliced into the door power loom at the point where it plugs into the kick panel fuse area ( smaller white plug under the relay, not the bigger blue plug with lots of wires)
Really stuck here, will try to remove all of the alarm/immobilized.

Were the original lights working before you swapped to LEDs? Is it possible that they draw more current, and have either tripped a fuse/fusibe link? It really sounds like a blown fuse, but you looked for that already.
Looking at the schematic, nothing jumps out. Maybe the earths (both the radio and the right cowl earth.)
