Got my dash mat at last. Fits good. I got it from my local AutoPro store. It is a Styline dash mat, distributed by National Parts Dandenong Vic, made in WA. Retail price around $55.
Excuse my ignorance, but what does a modern automobile need a dash mat for? What are you guys doing to the dash surface, waxing it with inappropriate products to a highly reflective lustre?

Peter, good quality-only time will tell. It Fits real good and doesnt look out of place. I got the light grey colour/ spruce interior. Manny, Lots of sun glare off the dash-no good for us old blokes with poor eyes.
Interesting.... never seen or heard of a Soarer with a cracked dash - mine has been parked out in the open and completely exposed to the elements for 6 years with no ill effects.
The dash material being a grainy matt finish from the factory and the windscreen having an integrated filter, I don't get how your dash still shines or reflects glare.
Mine did that for all of a day when I first purchased it until I removed the crap that had been heaped on by the caryard's detailer.
I just don't like the look of a dash mat in a Soarer myself, but anyway, each to their own
Elbow grease and a non-toxic citric interior cleaner from Omikron - I've been using it for years and it's great at removing almost any build up on plastics and vinyl.
Might have to investigate that myself. I've got a nice bubble above my centre a/c vents where the vinal has started to lift off the dash. To fix it with the quotes that I have been getting would require me to sell a kidney on the black market!!!
