Has anyone got any good ideas for a DIY fix for the interior door panels where the holes have become so large the screws that hole them to the door just pop straight through and do nothing?

I've reinforced the parts mentioned here with "kneadit" previously and they support it good but no mention on how to fix enlarged holes, i did not think the kneadit would have worked (too bulky) so was hoping for any other ideas
mentioned in that post is this 2. The screw holes along the bottom of the trim. (in that wooden crap)
that's what i was hoping for to fix

Q-bond or any epoxy resin thats quick set, I'm about to go nuts with q-bond on some of the cracked bits in mine. Go to Repco and asked for QB2, bout 30 bucks comes with super glue and 2 powders that is 10 second set.
Apply your glue to affected cracked areas and the apply the powder over the wet glue and watch it set almost instantly almost like a plastic weld. I used it to make some special panel clips from all thread and thin plate steel and it bonds those two together extremely well.

I've had some success with JB Weld, a US-made 2-part epoxy glue/filler which sets very hard and is sandable and drillable. It is quite liquid until it sets though, so it dribbles a bit.
Nathan, the QB2 sounds interesting, might check it out at local Repco. I tried repairing a damaged plastic cat carrier (bought for carrying birds) with new Gorilla superglue and it was very much unsuccessful.
