Anyone had a steering wheel re-trimmed recently?

All the search showed was articles more than 5 years old.

Looking for leather, and an idea of the cost.
Thanks.

i have used the DIY leather steering wheel covers off ebay. The type where you are supplied a needle and thread and attach it with cross stitches. The holes are in the leather, it is easy and the result is very good for the $$$

Tom, My wheel needs a complete recover. There used to be someone on Planet Soarer that recovered wheels. If I can not find anyone I may purchase some leather and try myself.

Steering wheel is now retrimmed, and a new handbrake cover, total cost was $218.

Highly recommend:
