It spreads and bleeds like a .....! If you were going to use it, I'd still recommend removing the ridges from the original door sill and only using 4 or 5 little blobs to hold it in place. I used a long thin line of the stuff, about 5mm wide and the length of the scuff plate, minus about 2 inches on either end and it squished out all over the shop. Mad a huge, very hard to remove mess and simply created a lot more work and expense in the long run. It only took about 10 minutes to remove the ridges from each sill and sits nice and flush with the rest.

Sambo, don't sell the Levoc shifter, come and see Uncle Peter, and we'll get it looking schmick. Methinks you need a bit of ageing in the bottle (you've got a lot of that)... I guarantee we can make the shifter totally schmick... send me a PM if you want to try it... all the best ....Peter

Thanks mate, I've already put the factory one back in and committed to the sale. Plus, after driving around for a couple of days with the factory one back in, I definitely prefer it. Much appreciated Uncle Peter.

If it wasn't because the Levoc was so pretty I would be inclined to do the same. Mine keeps on shaking itself loose. I have to tighten the screws almost once a month.

According to the financial press, IT is booming, and technology shares have not lagged the market in the last few years. I might alternatively be surprised that Benny is not buying Neil's Soarer stock . I suspect it is a short term issue.

I'm in Main Frame systems (machines cost $10M+) so it's not a lightly investment for anyone but I think you're right David, things are slowly picking up. It's just a question of being in the right place at the right time.
