2. Are the plastic covers in the right place/way?? it does not seem to be a good fit as the red box shows

The unit in the green box should slide down over the seatbelt housing with an audible click. The unit (it's a cover) in the red box doesn't appear to have seated properly, possibly because the clips may have been broken (easily done). The cover should sit lower than this with no gap visible.

well then im pretty sure the clips are broken, i tried to push it down and it just came back up, no clicking at all. well im sure i will think of a way to make it sit right, but im not to fussed about it, im in the front.

The OEM belt buckles sit snugly into the grey holders which are attached to a metal bracket mounted to the floor beneath the seat.
Your compliance belts are different and don't fit the plastic holders (which are also on the wrong side of the car). The bracket was also ditched during compliance.
