Is there a fix for this? What component holds them up? Search does not have any answers I can find

I think there's a spring assembly part no. 71630-24080 that holds it up but I may be wrong.

The spring part is 71630-24100 on the LH side. There is also a Plate and a Support part which could be the culprits. Can you disassemble it and see what is broken? The Soarer bible has the information I am using.
