I have found that a good microfiber cloth does the trick. You need two of these. Use a damp one first to wipe down the window and then a dry one to wipe it dry. It works a treat for me. It also works well for the outside too.

For the dash, I use a clean cloth with warm water, then dry with a clean towel. It keeps the dash clean & matte, so that you don't get ANY glare what so ever......AND the dash won't crack.
If I recall correctly Manny has been doing his this way for YEARS with no problems at all

Pannawonica....
Wear the fox hat?!
I am in a sleepy little town called Wickham, which is about 250kms NW from Pannawonica, about 50kms north of Karratha, which is about 200kms south of Port Hedland. Karratha is about 1700kms North of Perth, and about 800kms (From memory) south of Broome. In other words, I am in the middle of bloody nowhere on the coast of WA, in a mining town of about 800-1000 people. Chances are you never heard of it before, ha ha.

Yeah, the pic is a little tiny bit out. I am actually right on the coast. I work at a shipping port for a mining company. The X is actually more like where Pannawonica is.

Troy, Marble Bar isn't the hottest place on the planet, it's not even hottest place in Au. It holds the record though as the place with the longest stretch of days over the old century F, or 37.8 degree}s Celcius. Over 100F for 160 days:
The highest temperature recorded during the record spell was 47.5°C on 18 January 1924. There have been higher temperatures at Marble Bar, with the highest recorded being 49.2°C, on 11 January 1905 and again on 3 January 1922. But temperatures in other Western Australian towns have been higher: in a remarkable late-season heat-wave in February 1998, Mardie recorded a maximum of 50.5°C (on the 19th) - the highest temperature in Western Australia, and the second highest ever recorded in Australia using standard instrumentation (Oodnadatta, in South Australia, recorded 50.7°C on 2 January 1960).
This & the graph is from BoM.
I spent a year in Oodnadatta, bloody hot. Learmonth (Exmouth) is hopefully the next place after Norfolk Is. Couple of years away yet.
