My 31's height control switch is buggered and is currently stuck in high mode. I kinda have an idea on how to fix/replace the switch but how do I get the panel off to get at it?

Put shifter into N with car off(press red button)
Pull down shifter cover at the base of the shifter.
Remove the two screws and remove the shifter.
From memory the panel comes off with a few clips not sure how many, there is one at each corner anyway, so at least four. I just used a screw driver with a towel over it to prevent scratching the panel.
Don't rip the cover off, the plugs/wires will still be connected to the switches, so unclip them and then remove.
I havn't taken it off for a year but i'm pretty sure that's about it. Good luck.
